I am being sued by Worldwide Asset Purchasing. Their lawyer is Rory W. Clark. I have answered the summons/complaint.

I just want to know if anyone has an experience with this debt collection agency and their lawyer Rory Clark.

Are they likely to drop the suit now that I filed the answer or will they continue with the suit?

File a complaint against the attorney through the State Board. He has very unprofessional ethic practices that if enough people begin to complain about it they may take actions into their own hand.

I too am being sued by Rory Clark. The statute of limitations has passed on this debt. I answered the summons stating the stature of limitations has passed. He then filed a request for admissions. I just filed my answer. My guess is this will go to trial, but I am confidant I will win as I have documentation showing the statue of limitations has passed. I have a feeling his tactics are to hope the defendant will not respond and he will win by default. Just be sure to respond to anything he files on time. Good luck.
