Can a writ of garnishment that was obtained on a judgment for personal debt be used to seize my business accounts that are formed under an LLC?

Have you used your SSN to set up the account?

Most likely that shouldn't be the case. You may wish to cunsult a lawyer.

Hi,

Most likely it does not work like that,it means that they have to keep going back to get separate orders each time to levy your account. At one point of time they can take out only that amount whatever balance is there with the bank.Every time they need to get a different attachment.whatever may be the case you are always advised to consult an attorney.
