My step son won a judgement against a company, they have not attempted to pay the judgement so 30 days are about up, and he is going to file a writ of execution against them, what can he expect to happen


I Texas there is no wage garnishment, but this is a local company with sales lots all over the DFW metroplex can the Constable take property to settle the judgement, the agreement signed with the company really does not matter, anymore because the Judge ruled that his money would be refunded as well as any court cost, they were advised by the Judge that they had the right to appeal but the time limit on that is expired.
