Debt call?

I received a very disturbing call today from 716-244-6554. The man stated that I had written a bad check to a cash advance company that I have never heard of on an account that I never had checks for. He also used my previous name and an adress that I have not lived at in around five or six years, in fact I do not even live in the same state. He then told me my social security number my p o box and my physical address, claiming I was going to be arrested by the end of the business day if I did not pay him $850 in half an hour. He went on to tell me I was being charged with a felony and that he was doing me favor since I had no criminal record.
At least three of the things he said were not true, my concern is that my ss# was correct as was my current address and p.o box. He was very rude and threatened me numerous times during this call. Until he heard my baby crying and told me to find someone to watch my children because I was on my way to prison. He then hung up on me. What should I do? He obviously has more information than anyone should have.
