You should have responded to the summons that the venue was wrong! How were you served and where? It may be too late now as you did NOT dispute it or motion at an earlier point.
As for the FDCPA violations, there is nothing in the act about where you are served...that is civil procedure. The interest is set by state law and that would also be part of civil procedure, I believe.
