Phone Call from 281-760-3959

I received a call from a Dwane that stated that I wrote a bad check to Big Sky Payday Loan, which I know is not true as I call Big Sky tonight to find out that I have never had a loan with them. He stated that if I did not pay the $800.00 by end of business today (5:00 pm) a bench warrant would be issued for my arrest. It had me really upset when we hung up and in tears. I have never ever been in any trouble in my whole life and do not want to start now. I called my daughter and ask if she could help pay, but she wanted to know more about this conversation, and the conclusion with the conversation was she thought it was a scam. I checked on the phone number to find out that it is a VoIP phone (Cellphone).
It is a scam....no bench
It is a scam....no bench warrant will be issued. I would suggest you report THEM to your local police department.
