Being sued againg for same Debt

So in April Discover was awarded a judgment against me using WW&R. I then recieved a letter from Mann Bracken thinking they were doing post judgement recovery. I tried to get ahold of them with no luck. I berified with Discover that the account was now with Mann Bracken. Well I went online yesterday to my counties public records and it looka like Mann Bracken has filed arbitration against me on behalf of Discover. What is going on here?

In the judgement from April was the court fees and atty fees added into the judgment? If not this is more than likely what complaint has been filed against you at this point. Do not take this as what it is but what it could be.
