I am currently being called several time by theses people . I have given them my current information to them, but noone seems to communicate to other people in the office. I live in texas and i was told many years ago that constant calling is considered harassment and legal action can taken in regards to this. I have asked them to quit calling but to no avail. what are my options?

I dealt with Zwicker and Associates before and am so glad that it is over. You can send them a Cease and Desist letter asking them to no longer contact you. http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/letters/ Here you will find sample letters that you can use. If you go to Debt collection/Debt Validation Letters you will see a couple of examples. Good luck. These people are not easy to deal with and they do not like to settle the debt. Hope this helps.

In my dealings with Zwicker & Associates, I found the letter to not make them very happy... In fact, less than 2 weeks later I was served paperwork and had to go to court. Be cautious on sending in a Cease & Desist letter as it seems to fuel them into other actions.

On a good note, going to court did get them down to 50% on a Discover card over a 24 month period. So, not all bad considering.
