Zwicker and Associates just had sheriff deliver notice of lawsuit AMX is making towards myself. Can I negotiate settlement of lesser amount or payment plan with them? Will AMX talk to me at all now that 3rd party has my case?

You will have to appear on the court date and then try to have a settlement with the CA outside of the court.
