If anybody has had a loan with quick payday before I need some help. I can no longer afford to pay them and I need to know if anybody has stopped payment on them or will they work out an agreement before having to stop payment? Also what was their collection process, did they call you or email you or call you at work? Also what kind of payment arrangements did they allow you to make? Thanks for any info, I really appreciate it.

DFG,

Quick Payday is a good company that works on your set payment plan. Contact them before they do and express your desire to make the payments. They are not the ones who harass the consumers. As per the consumer's reports, they are nice people and will help you in completing the payments.

After your negotiation with the company, please let us know their response.

Hello,
I have just recently set up payment plans with quick payday and my loan was in default. They are very nice if you are making an attempt to pay. They will work with you on when and how you are able to pay. They will accept monthly payments from you until your loan is paid in full. Hope this helps!

Thanks for your information. My loan is not in default yet but I'm going to have to stop payment this time. I have contacted them and they offered to split it into two payments but I can't afford that. I really need to make a smaller monthly payment. After a default do they let you make a smaller monthly payment? Also how do they contact you?

I have $25.00 a month payment arrangements with them. Byron is who I am working with each month. They are super people to work with and understand everybody hits hard times. They request $100.00 a month, but will take whatever you send in each month toward your loan. This way it keeps from being sent out to third party collections. When I send my payment certified, I email them a copy of the certified receipt and they email me back confirmation of payment received and the new balance.

DFG,

Did you request the lender to split the amount into three payments?

I hope they will fulfill your request as they have a good reputation in the market. Convince them that you are trying seriously to improve your credit file and this default might hurt your credit ratings. I expect they will co-operate with you.
