Online PDLs in Colorado

I need to know if the online payday lenders 247 greenstreet.com and ameriloan are legal in the state of colorado? I have had to close my checking account that was associated with each loan, i have already paid back more than the $150 principal loaned from ameriloan, yet they kept debiting my account $45 each payday. 247 green street refused to work with me on my repayment date, so i closed my account to avoid overdrafts from my bank, and now they are saying that i owe them $300 on a $200 loan. They also sent me an email stating that they have "verified my employment" at a company that i haven't worked for in months. Do they have any legal recourse against me, either of them?
