Hi

I will try to put something here that might be of some help to someone. Hope it works on you perfectly.

I suggest not to build up new debts when you are trying to repair your existing financial problems. Cut off all the unnecessary cards that are not required at all. If you don't want to part it from you, keep it very far away from you. This should not at all be at your nearest reach. If it becomes too urgent later, you know there is one that can be used in emergencies.

When you have decided not to build new debt and repair the ones that are in bad shape today, any effort made will work. If you just keep creating new debt to solve the existing ones, you are actually digging the hole deeper. New debt should only be built on those occasions when it is a stated emergency and you know that you have sufficient cash to pay on the repayment date.

The financial cost of debt: credit card companies are charging 29.9% interests on unpaid balances. There comes a time when you might have paid more than the principal amount. Those who go through it are very well aware of it.

The Emotional Cost of Debt: Anxiety - Anger - Depression – Shame

The Social Cost of Debt: - Isolation - Divorce – Shame

The Ultimate Cost of Debt: - Sickness - Death - Murder – Suicide

The path to Immunity: follow these steps to solve your existing debt problems. I hope that you will be able to do it successfully.

  • Create a Debt Payment Plan

  • Negotiate Better Rates & Terms (Consolidation)

  • Negotiate Lump-Sum Settlements

  • Bankruptcy (I least favor this option)

While you are doing this repair, you should have a very strong control over yourself and on your emotions, thoughts and actions. By doing this, you will ultimately gain the control over yourself and will be able to build the life of your dreams.
