How do I know whether a Debt Management Plan is right for me

You really havent given us enough information to go on...how much you owe,who you owe, your financial circumstances. If you have a lot of debt and cannot management the payments, I would suggest contacting a local office of Consumer Credit Councelling Service....google it.
