One of my creditors have submitted an attachment to the court. What does this mean? Will I lose my properties?

Actually an attachment lien is a provisional charge upon real or personal property granted by a court order. As per the order, the properties mentioned there must be transferred to the creditor, or sold for the benefit of the creditor.

I am afraid to tell you that you may going to lose your properties.

You can negotiate with a judgment creditor. A reasonable offer might stop a lien. You can also contact a counseling agency to help you negoiate and set up a repayment plan at the same time.
