Counsumer Counseling Advice
I am currently looking for help with my credit card debt. Its out of control and Im unemployed struggling with these high interest charges, late fees and over the limit fees. One of my creditors is chase and when I asked for a hardship program they told me I was not elgible but I should call CCA 800-270-6133. I am trying to find a reputable company one that will help me lower my payment and get rid of the high interest charges. I dont know who to call or who to trust. I am hoping someone on here can help me by pointing me in the right direction or providing me any helpful tips. Thanks

I called the phone number. A recording that it is Chase Credit counselling referral line. It will give referrals to companies based on the area code you are calling from. The companies that I heard on my call were all non profit, consumer credit type calling companies.
