Just asking - is there any procedure to complain against a law firm if there's some problem with a debt relief program?

You may file a complaint against your debt relief company with your state attorney general’s office, your local Better Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

Next time, you want to take professional help. make sure you search about the law firm beforehand. Check its BBB ratings. Also, check out online reviews to find out whether or not the customers are satisfied with the services offered. If you find good reviews and they are more than 5 years in the service, then you can talk to them. Better it would be to shop and compare before you approach a debt relief company.
