Is there any federal or state aid to repay debts?

There are federal aids to repay student loan debts. There are a few options available from which you can choose as per your eligibility.

Are you asking about student loan aid? If yes, then yes, there are some grants and aid to repay the student loan. But there are some criteria that you have to meet.

Yup, student loans have such option. But other debts don't have such options.

You can opt for the income based repayment plans to pay off federal student loans. There's also Direct Loan Consolidation program. However, there is no federal aid for payday loans or credit card debts.A few financial assistance programs are there for the veterans and the military though.
