Great plains lending

Good morning I was wondering if anyone has any experiance with GreatPlains ? I have just today sent them the ACH revocation letter. I am nervous that they will stil attempt to pull the $$ out. I had originaly gotten a loan for $1000, and have made a total of 10 payments for a total payment to them of $1462.80. I would love to get the refund of the overage, but i doubt that will hapen I would be happy to just have them stop debiting my account.

Any comments greatly appreciated!

You did close or make your bank account for deposit only, correct? Since I restricted my old bank account, I wouldn't know if they tried to hit is since all just bounces off the wall my bank put up to stop them. Good Luck on your progress.

Great Plains sent me this email: Pursuant to your request, we have removed your contact numbers from our system and we will make no further ACH debits from your account. Your account has been closed from further collection activity. -- I in turn sent them and email requesting that I have a PIF and statement sent to me stating zero balance, they came back with we can't seem to find you we need this information, it was stuff I knew they already had on file so I am playing along for now, we'll see if I hear back or not.

I had just gotten a new bank acount last month with my husband, and that was a big hassle so we didnt want to have to go back to the bank again and get a new one since I didnt find this site til after we got the new account and changed it with the company.
