Has anyone ever worked with them before? My sister has been with them for two years now, and thought her debts were getting settled. Now she got a summons on her Discover.

Usually it takes time to build up an escrow account for settling accounts. If the account has not been paid or settled, they have every right to sue. And Discover likes to sue.
