I've posted earlier about a collection company for a pdl company that was settled months ago that was on my credit report. I'm not sure what my next step is because I have disputed it with the credit bureau. I received a letter stating it was going to stay on there as an unpaid collection. Huh? I have the letters from the original lender and the CA stating it was taken care of and nothing should hit my credit report. Should I send in the documentation to the credit bureau? I'm so irked because I just want to file a complaint with the FTC as well. Do I have any legal resources for this? :x

I am going thru the samething with Riscuity and Zipcash. Zipcash has been paid in full, and Riscuity is reporting it as an unpaid collection. I have disputed it and sent copies of proof to the credit bureaus. This has been an ongoing battle. I hate pdls and wish they would fall off the face of the earth!!! Oh, Riscuity refuses to send any proof they have an account, and Zipcash stated they never sent anything to them. There is some untruth going on. Now I just have to figure out who it is.
