If I never pay off my negative marks and they expire, what happens, do negative marks go away or do they continue to effect credit score?

Welcome to the forums. I have learned the hard way bad debt never ghoes away. It takes years to rebuild your credit. Try to keep up with your payments. Or work out some kind of plan with your creditors. Best Wishes KYSIDE38

Like Deb said, it takes 7 to 10 for the negatives to be off from the credit report. Once they are removed, they cannot be reported back into your credit unless you make a payment on that account. Items once removed from the credit file will make no effect on your credit scores.
