Hi, does anyone know if there is a letter that can be sent to the bureau to delete old accounts that are over 7 years old?

The negative item should have been automatically removed from the credit report after 7 years from the date of first delinquency. Just dispute it with the bureaus and they will update with your latest credit standing.
