Credit Report Disputing... Help!

My credit report(s) have reported "Suit/Judgment" on them by American Express (two accounts, thus two listings) every month for the last 8 months. There have been no suits, judgments or anything legal. Nothing! Only CA's trying to collect. And, none validating debt thus far.
How do I structure a letter to the three credit bureaus asking these postings to be removed? Or do I write to the original creditor (Amex) asking them all to be removed?

I had similar issue. I say send a regular dispute, then if they responsed to dispute with bureaus. Then you send a debt DV letter to the the original creditor which is Amex.
