Can someone tell me how many years it takes that an unpaid bill can be removed from my credit history?

I owe 10 different creditors and all the accounts were closed in 2006. And I know for a fact that I still cant pay any of my creditors.

Also I have 2 judgments showing up in 2006.

I had a credit card charged off about 3 years ago. Now a Collection agency has purhased it and my Last activity date is 1/09. This cannot be right. Should it be from the last activity date of the frist debt? Help!

DOLA in this case would be the last update by the Data Furnisher. In this case, the CA. Maximum reporting time regardless of OC or CA is 7.5 years from the DOFD.
