Afni is reporting on my credit report

I am trying to clean up my credit report. Afni Collections is showing an account as negative in the amount of $1,600. I have no idea what this is for. Under what type of account, it says "utilities." I have no utilities that are past due. How do I go about finding out what this is??

The thing is I do have an old Sprint bill from about 6 years ago
The thing is I do have an old Sprint bill from about 6 years ago. However, it is alsolisted on my credit report from sprint. What do you do when they are both reporting it?
Finally, I do not have the money to pay the whole thing but would like to clean up my credit. What is the best way to go about this?
