Who can I talk to at AMEX?

I went through CCCS to pay off a debt with AMEX, alwasy paid on time, and paid the debt off early, and they reported it to the credit bureaus as a collection. Who can I talk to at AMEX that could help? Have tried low-level folks with no success.

At the very least, I would write to each of the credit reporting companies and explain the situation. I don't know if this is the kind of info you can formally dispute. If you can dispute it, you should. That would make AMEX prove their reporting. If you can't dispute it, you should write a brief explanation of the situation and ask the reporting companies to include your explanation on your file.

Thanks, I have already done that and when the credit bureaus have contacted AMEX, AMEX says it did go to collection, which is incorrect. I was hoping to find the name of someone who I could work with at AMEX. I have tried all the low-level solutions with no success.
