Imagine Credit Card - Negotiate Annual Fee

I recently (July of this year I think) recieved an Imagine Credit Card (www.myimaginecard.com). It has an annual fee of $150. I know, pretty high but my credit is REALLY bad and I need something to try and improve it....
Anyways, does anyone else have this card? Have you tried to have the annual fee waived? Did it work?
