Bad check from 2002, I want to pay it and get rid of it!!!

I have a bad check that is showing up on my credit report in 12 different entries. The check is from 10-2002 and is $24. It is listed with the original company and three different Collection Agencies. I want to pay this and remove it from my report. Do I pay the original creditor? Help please

12 different entries? It's probably been shuffled around from one CA to another, all of which reported the debt as theirs.
Definitely check (pun intended) with the original creditor, if they have it contracted out they can let you know who presently has the account.
