1. Is it better to dispute line items one at a time in seperate letters or all at once?

2. Can repeated disputes become frivolous or does some amount of time make it more likely to get the results you desire?

3. Does online dispute work as well as cert. letters? Seems to me cert. letters would give me records but online is more convenient.

For a first time dispute you can do a blanket dispute covering all negative items. I would do this by written letter certified return receipt mail for your protection. The written method will give you documentation if the data furnisher or credit bureau is violating any provisions of the Fcra. After a first time dispute you will need to get very specific in your disputes so they do not try and hang the frivolous tag on you.
