Who is calling you cell phone, a collection agency? If the card was "secured" how could you owe anything on it and have it charged off! They would have taken your security first. Or did they let you charge past your limit?
They call my home phone and said that they call from a law firm
They call my home phone and said that they call from a law firm office .Bof took my 500 security and then I overlimit about $100.
Do not admit to owing that money or make any payment arrangement
Do not admit to owing that money or make any payment arrangement! Have they sent anything in the mail? Get their name and address and post it here! What state are you in! It sounds like the debt is beyond the statute of limitations!
I open the account when I live in California now I move to Texas
I open the account when I live in California now I move to Texas . They did not sent me anything except I got a phone call today.

Depending on when you made your last payment...on whether it will be on your credit report (it reports for 7 years plus 6 months since the last payment) However, they can not get a judgement on you in Texas-the SOL is four years I believe. Do not agree to pay anything, do not say the debt is yours and immediately get their name and address (do not allow them to scare you or make threats) just tell them that you need your account number and an address to contact them. Send out certified validation letters and go from there.
Good luck
