negs are allowed to stay on cf for 7+180 from date of deletion...now when debt is sold, does this change? is it another 7 years? can collection agency report debt longer than oc? if not what should one do to correct? I have disputed(3/09) w/cra, still it comes back verified...any help please..

when a debt is sold the timeframe doesn't change.if a CA reports differently it's called re-aging,and is not legal.
