Getting rid of CA that shouldn't be on there

I am trying to dispute my credit report to remove a CA from there. I am working with the OC on the account, so the CA has no rights to it. What is the best way to dispute this? None of the online reasons really match with that.Â
I printed out a form and am wondering what I should say. Should i keep it simple like 'CA has no rights to this account' ...at this piotn the OC isn't reporting either, and i'd like to keep it that way if at all possible

Well, I would use the no knowledge of the account or the account

Confirm that the original creditor has fully recalled it and dispute it as went to ca in error. Mail a dispute in to them.
