I have a CA reporting on my credit report for a bank overdraft. I had been working with the CA on repayment but then had the opportunity to pay the original bank directly, which I am doing. Does the CA still have any right to report?

What if it is not paid entirely, but am in a payment plan with the bank. So the CA is no longer of concern to me and would seem they have no right to collect

what is the dispute reason? I didn't really see anything on the TransUnion online dispute for this situation

Then fax the CRA a letter from the bank stating you have entered into an agreement with the bank and are paying the debt/over-draft to the bank and it is not in collections.

Now the bank might not do this until it is paid off. that will be something you will need to work out with the bank manager.
