Will you enjoy perks even after booking airline tickets through reward cards?

I have to frequently travel to Lynwood city of California due to some business related issues. I have a few reward cards. I'm thinking to use them to book tickets through travel agents. Will I still get airline points and other facilities?
Why dont you call your credit
Why dont you call your credit card and ask them?? This is not really a question we deal with.
