How should I resolve the issue with an auto loan company?

I am totally exasperated with an auto loan company in Menlo Park. The account is in a good condition. However, the lender is reporting the wrong amount on credit report. I have contacted the auto loan company and tried to sort out the issue several times, but they have not co-operated with me at all. What should I do to resolve the issue?

How are you so sure the amount is wrong?? Have you done a request in writing?? Looked up your payment history and how your payments were applied to principal and interest????
