I had a Cap One accont CO in 2007. At the end of last year, I kept getting letters to pay it off at 0%. Now I keep getting the below email from Cap One at the email address that I used to have registered to my Cap One account online. Anybody experience this?

capital one did that to me. they said they sold my account than
capital one did that to me. they said they sold my account than sent me statements, etc.
however this seems like one of those spams that people send using credit card companies and bank names. you can call capital one to see if the offer is real and if it is not, report the email asap.
