Credit Report Date Updated Question

Hi All,
Got a question about the credit report. I just got my latest credit report from Experian. I noticed that Capital One show a date updated as of 02/12 on one of the charge off I have with them.
However I compare it to some of my older credit report. The date updated is different. Does this date updated entry affect the SOL? Does it affect anything at all?
