Will it affect the same way on my credit report if I default on making credit card payments and in a cell phone plan?

Yes. Of course. Like most bills, if you default on cell phone bill, then your credit score will drop. If the delinquent account is assigned to a collection agency, then it can stay on your credit report for 7 years.

Yes, it will affect your credit score negatively. You should miss your household bills. If you are not able to manage multiple bills, then you can consider bill consolidation.

Of course, pending cell phone bills will definitely affect your credit score. To avoid falling into debt you can negotiate the bill with your cell phone company.
