Will it affect the same way on my credit report if I default on making credit card payments and in a cell phone plan?

Yes. Of course. Like most bills, if you default on cell phone bill, then your credit score will drop. If the delinquent account is assigned to a collection agency, then it can stay on your credit report for 7 years.

Yes, it will affect your credit score negatively. You should miss your household bills. If you are not able to manage multiple bills, then you can consider bill consolidation.
