After Certified VOD letter

I have received back the certified mail reciept for VOD letters I sent out and waited 30 full days and longer. I started a dispute with experian, I spoke with experian and they stated that they did not have to remove it from my credit report. The problem is if I cannot get a company to respond to me via the VOD then how can I get this removed? Yhanks in advance.

The fact is, the debt collectors does not have any time limit to validate the debt. But, if 30 days have passed since the date they received the DV letter, you may dispute the debt with the credit bureaus.
