As far as I know, if 7 years are over, then the items normally comes off the credit report. It may happen that Transunion may remove the items but they may remain on the other two. In such a situation, you may contact individual credit bureaus and request them to remove them from your credit report.

Each account has its own, date-certain, DOFD.
Regrdless of which CRA it was reported to, or when it was reported, the credit report fall-off date is the same. The period for charge-offs and collections begins 180-days after the DOFD on the OC account, and terminates 7 years thereafter. That is the same as 7 years plus 180-days from the single, date-certain DOFD.
If the OC reported different DOFD dates to different CRAs, that would be in violation of FCRA 623(a)(5)(A). It would be disputable as inaccurate reporting by way of a direct dispute with them under FCRA 623(a)(8).
Unfortunatley, your CR did not give you the actual, reported DOFD, but gave you only an "expected fall off date." You cant tell definatively what period the CRA is using to calculate the expected deletion. They cant use a period of more than 7 years plus 180-days, but could use a shorter period. Thus, you cant use the expected fall off date to back date and determine the actual DOFD. It is just crummy credit rep;orting.
