I had a Chapter 7 personal bankruptcy last year with a full discharge. I included every creditor, but I did reaffirm my car loan.

I noticed on my recent credit report there were 4 creditors included in the BK, but they showed as, "Charge Off" instead of "Included in Bankruptcy".
I filed a dispute with Equifax a few weeks ago and 3 were fixed and my credit score went from 598 to 620.

But Chase filed that my card was a Charge Off and it ended up staying on the credit report. Is that correct?

Question #1
Should I worry about that or should I re-dispute?

Also, during my bankruptcy while my car loan was not reaffirmed yet I didn't make the car payments. Whenever I tried to pay the payments online, it said that payments were voluntary or I could call a certain number. Whenever I called the number I was told I was reaffirmed, but they didn't know what the delay was. I told them I would not make a payment until I got an approved letter. When I got the letter I paid the account to current the same day.

Question #2
Now I have 30, 60, 90 days late on my report.
Do I have a legitimate dispute?

Thanks

While in active bankruptcy, your car company may not actively collect from you or ask for payments. The bankrupcty status basically locks the account down. Often you cannot make payments online or over the phone. Your payments should have been mailed in where they would have been handled manually. Technically your account is late....your attorney should have told you about this.
