I am usually not that bothered about minor fluctuations on my credit score. But my credit score dropped 3 points this month. Saw that Amex gave me a CLI on Delta Reserve. What does this mean? Any idea?

This may be an identity theft situation. But you don't have to worry. Initially give a call to Amex and inquire about it.
