Can a debt collection agency report an account to my credit report more than once

The same account but 2 different CA's or the same CA reporting twice? Technically, you could have the OC and a CA, a junk debt buyer (JDB) and a CA, or, the worst worst case scenario, you could have the OC, the JDB they sold it too and the CA that they are using to collect. In the case of the first 2 scenarios, dispute them as duplicates.
