Continuous reporting 120 Days Past Due
Date: Thu, 01/29/2009 - 14:27
Is it legal to continually report an account 120 days past due? The mortgage was 120 days past due before finally being sold and so there is no balance.
I tried to dispute the current status but it just comes back as verified.
