I have used this forum to help me removed a previous default judgment and had much success.
However I have another Default judgment on my credit report that I have not had the same luck.
This was rendered in a state about 4 months after I moved and I have no idea who the creditor is.
I have tried to contact the court three times since I found it, as well as asking the creditor for a debt verification letter three time and have not have any response.
What else can I do? I am out of work with not much money and I know for a fact that I lost one job because of this. I live in MA and the judgment was in Florida its kind of far and expensive to get to the courthouse.
Today I was trying to see if I could find a credit/debit repair service that might have more luck and getting this stated. After hours of research it seems that most of these guys have loads of complaints. I wish I could afford a lawyer but I not in that kind of financial shape.
Can anyone recommend anything?

OK, Still don't know why the Florida courts were ignoring me, but I was directed to a state site that for $5 I could download some of the details. Lots of stuff about affidavits on being served. Hard to believe when I was living out of state.
I did get the Judge's name and now I will try to contact directly and I have included proof of my driving record also that I am not working (the not working part may not matter but perhaps anyone with a heart could clearly see this is hurting me.)
Lets see what happens next...
Also I know I get more attention when copy others...should I be copying Attorney General in FL or MA..... Maybe thats not the person?

Try to search your name instead of the case number. If there's more than one website, search all for your name. I'm sure you'll find it.

Update: This past friday I received a call from the Judges office asking to call in from MA on Monday for a hearing on behalf of my request to vacate.
Today I made that call and 15 mins later this was Judgement was vacated.
It also way past the SOL to try to collect again.
Persistance pays.
So far I have had two bogus judgments against me vacated and it wasn't easy.
If didn't bother to do my homework and research how I can help myself without being able to afford a lawyer, I would still have this on my credit.
The information on this site was extremely valuable and very helpful.
Thanks for everyone's help.
