I ecently checked my credit and it has previous addresses and an acount for pinnacle credit that does not pertain to me. My fathers name is the same as mine and i think they're mistakening him for me but how if the birthdate is way different? How can i fix this problem?

You will have to contact the concerned creditor/collection agenc

You will have to contact the concerned creditor/collection agency and request them to remove the account from your credit report. You can even write a letter to credit bureau mentioning the whole situation and ask them to remove the item from your credit report.
