The procedure is to file a dispute for inaccurate information in your CR.
You have two opitions. You can dispute through a CRA under FCRA 611(a), or you can file a direct disptue with the party who posted the inaccurate information under the provisions of FCRA 623(a)(8).
I strongly recommend the direct dispute procedure rather than disputing through a CRA. It cuts the third-man CRA out of the process, avoids their automated e-Oscar process, and ensures that all information pertaining to your disptue gets directly to the party who posted it.
