I don't know whether it's the right place to ask such questions. But I need some information. What do I have to do to start my credit score if I am new to USA? And, is it mandatory to contribute to solcial security if I don't plan to stay forever?

Hi Jhonathan!

There are 5 Ways you can start your credit score if you are new to the USA.

You have to transfer your credit score to the U.S.
You have to apply for a secured credit card.
You have to establish a relationship with a U.S. bank.
You have to apply for the U.S. credit with a co-signer.
You have to pay on time, monitor and change products, and be patient.

These are the 5 easy ways you can adopt.

If you are a citizen of one of the 23 countries that have Social Security treaty agreements with the U.S. You also can get your benefits anywhere in the world.

First of all, you can start a checking account. See if you can take out a pre-paid credit card by keeping a security deposit.
As Ryan has said apply for credit with a co-signer.
