i know people have been saying to get ahold of the 3 credit places (transunion, experian. equifax) but i need to know how to get ALL of my debt, even the debt that's not turned over to a collection agency. everything i have on my name period. please somebody help me and without all the abbriavations please, not too hip on all the credit world lingo lol

It is not a requirement for creditors to report, thus some of your debt may not be listed. That is only something you can do for yourself by thinking and figuring out what you owe and to whom.

soaplady is right. you have to try and remember everything you ever owed and start tracing it down. yes it could take some time. but here's what i did. i kept a log and every time i rememberd somthing i would write down as much info as i could remember. i had to think back over the last seven years. i acually just turned in a bk petition to my attorney and i had about 25 things on my list that wasnt on my credit report. took alot of time. but was definetly worth it in the long run.
