I am looking for a good company to do the credit clean up for me. I just really do not have the time to deal with it and would rather put in the hands of people who do it as there job. I have looked at a couple of companies but not sure who to go with. Here is what I have looked at so far. If anyone has one they have worked with and known to be good and trust please let me know, Also I need to get my credit report with all informtion along with credit score. I have used creditchecktotal in the past but it is $29.95. Any help would be great,

Thanks

What is on your credit report?? If it is reporting accurately, a so called credit repair company is a waste of time and money. No one can guarantee to completely clean your credit...every one milage may vary.... Take the time and do it yourself. It really is not that difficult to do...

I would suggest that you first outline here on the site each derog in your CR by date and type, and then whether or not their reporting is considered accurate.
Any credit repair organization that you might use will, if they are competent, require this information from you, so it wont involve any additional work on your part.
Maybe you can get some advice here without having to spend $$.
If the derogs are on paid accounts, the only real action they will take is sending out good-will letters. That you can do yourself, and with much more impact, as only you are aware of the reasons behind your GW requests.
For any information in your CR that you might dispute as being inaccurate, a credit repair organization is precluced by statue (FCRA 623(a)(8)(G)) from filing any direct disputes with the credtiors/debt collectors on your behalf. They can only assist you in disputes that you might make through the CRAs. I am a strong proponent of never disputing through a CRA for many, many reasons. For example, direct disputes assure all information gets directly to the creditor, and one dispute letter covers their reporting to all three CRAs.
